STAY AWAY .DISGRACEFUL and disgusting company. Went in to buy a necklace and the manager looked so uninterested and unbothered. They won't inform you of their return policy and will blame you for not knowing it. When I called the customer service they charge a premium per minute. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
Really sad , my two teenage daughters purchased a bracelet for my birthday , 14th of September. ( ONE DAY BEFORE) it was a beautiful gift however broke within 3 days. It was taken back to the shop today in all the Argento bags wrapping etc , No refund or exchange excepted today . Very unfriendly staff to my daughters as they tried to sort the situation. Will never buy or recommend this place to anyone again, So sad as we have in my family for a few years now.
Still a lovely shop (Leicester) with something for everyine but to be honest, not the same without Craig. Since he has been gone, not so much of a good shopping experience. Hope he is doing well. He is greatly missed x
I waited in the que to talk to someone at the till only to be ignored when it was my turn and the old couple behind me was served, literally the lady walked 4steps left to avoid me and serve the people behind me! I never experienced anything like this before. I'm not sure why they've done it either. The shop is small, and it was hot i could barely breath so I just walked out. Otherwise I would have said something about it.
Such an underrated great shop. Online is great but when you see the details of the things you can buy at such great prices, it's amazing! Argento is my fave place to buy little treats for people - and their gift wrap/ boxes are so cute. Would highly recc a visit.
