   I went in to try some wedding rings, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The blonde lady who assisted me (I couldn’t get her name) made me feel uncomfortable from the start. I explained that I was there to try different rings to see what suited me, but she was not approachable at all. She wasn’t pleasant to talk to, and her attitude made me feel unwelcome. The way she spoke to me really affected the whole experience. On the other hand, her colleague (the lady with glasses) overheard the conversation and kindly removed her own ring for me to try, as she noticed I was struggling to find a style that suited me. I truly appreciated her gesture — it offered some relief from the unwelcoming treatment I received from the person serving me. I hope the store can improve their customer service, especially when it comes to supporting customers during such an important purchase

   Didn't end up making a purchase as couldn't find what I was looking for. However wanted to leave a review for the customer service from the staff at Warren James, the Manager Zoe was really friendly and helpful when trying to look for jewellery and some of the other staff who's names unfortunately I don't recall, one began with an L and another female member of staff who explained to me about ring huggies/resizers that she wears for her rings since they no longer fit. The Manager offered to check if jewellery could be ordered in for me, but I later received a follow up call saying the line was out of stock which I appreciated the store trying and then updating me!

   If there is zero star, surely they deserve no star. Very poor customer service after sale, purchased items fairly worn for few hours, their sterling silver are very fake, no matter the hundreds of £££s you spend on it. Their discount prices are all year round which is a deception for you to believe their items are reduced if you visit during any sales period. Their items are very low quality, plus if you even go back for exchange after few hours of purchase in store, they won't exchange item let alone refund you. Staff will keep passing you around and take you for a ride. Their manager is so abrupt, very poor customer service once they pocket your money, avoid store and take your money elsewhere. I regret coming here and I would never visit again!!! I should have gone to H.Samuel or Ernest Jones instead!

   I have been to this store, they are being racist. Even though we were in the queue , the store person dint wanted to attend us rather she attended other customers who came later to us. This is disgusting. I would not suggest anyone to go if you really looking for a better customer service.
