Literally in store from 15 min. The women is totally helpless, awful service, she said let her know when we ready to pay. I literally wanted to buy this waterproof range but she wasn’t helping at all and i stood there and ask her for help multiple times but she’s in her own world. Awful staff and service
Like there jewellery’s are really nice but it’s so shitty the way they do piercing like at first nothing will happen and later on everything starts going down like when i did my piercing they got a bunch of earrings of same size and then i choose but later on after some months it just went all the way inside my hole and it’s really bad that if you guys are not professional atleast don’t claim to be one and it’s just a human tendency to let people know which is gonna work and how and everything but that lady said nothing who was doing my piercing and now all thanks to that lady that it’s infected and all swollen now, did a great job Thank you girl
I had a great experience at Lovisa Leicester today. One of the colleagues named Georgia really stood out to me as she was really patient with me as I was struggling to decide which anklet to choose for a trip. I wasn’t sure which one to go for as they had so many options, and she showed me the various options and asked me open ended questions to see what was the need of me buying the item.. I finally came with a decision of which one I wanted to buy. Thank you so much Georgia you are amazing at your job and best of luck for the rest of your studies at university.Thank you again!☺️

The place to go if you like bling and sparkle at reasonable prices. Some really pretty jewelry rings, necklaces earrings and gaur accessories. Definitely worth popping in.
The workers here are RACIST!! I was shopping here with my friends(who are black) for prom jewellery and one of the staff members was constantly following us around the store and making statements like “i’m going to check cctv”. We were all innocent 16 year olds at this point, never had the intention of stealing…
If you are black don’t even bother entering this store they are highly racist making you feel incredibly uncomfortable!!!! Accused of doing things!! telling staff to stand by the door and watch as we are shopping following me around the tiny store SO BAD!
