   Did not believe that such a wonderful business still exists. Barrie and his team are the right people to sort all your problems out. We have been looking for help locally and on the end found this company and from Coventry and Barrie called me explained everything and We agreed to do the work. What I really like was that Barrie is not pushing and listening to you and giving you advice and on the end when you have different way how you want to do it he will support. In our case We needed new gas pipe for boiler instalation and new boiler as well. Now I did not wanted to replace the pipe first and Barrie was supportive and said they will measure everything and lets see. On the end We decided to replace everything and change the plan and again Barrie very supportive help us to make this happen. Within one day 4 guys turned up 2 were doing new gas pipe and two new boiler instalation and by end of the day we had new gas pipe and brand new boiler. Blowed away how amazing team they are. Not only that I could not find such a amazing service for very good value locally they gain our trust and us as their new customer for any plumbing jobs going forward. I highly recommended this company and Barrie please keep doing outstanding job and service. Big pleasure to be your clients. Thank you and all the best to you all there

   We had a new heat pump and water tank installed by Premium. Barry and his team made the job very smoothly and sorted out all the paperwork with the government grant. Jack and the guys who did the installation were very neat and tidy and really good at answering all my questions. We are very impressed with the service from Premium and would 100% recommend.

   It's been a few years since we had our boiler fitted, had a noisy fan problem a couple of months ago, spoke with the admin office and it was repaired within 24hrs under warranty by these guys; Just had a yearly service done by the hands on and actual business owner who stepped in at short notice as his service engineer wss suddenly taken Ill, great team, very reliable and resourceful. Thank you.

   I contacted Premium Heating & Plumbing about a boiler check as it had been a while since it had been looked at. The communication on the phone was excellent and all prices quoted clear and transparent (including VAT). Sam, the engineer turned up on time, was polite and efficient. No complaints. Would recommend.

   I can not recommend them enough. I was looking for someone to replace and relocate the boiler. From initial quote, dealings were really easy. They turned up on time, clear communications and explanations of the job, super efficient with paperwork and genuinely a great group of lads.
