Went in yesterday to buy some rings for Christmas and considering how busy it was all of the staff were lovely. We had haaniyah looking after us on our visit and she was so lovely with great knowledge of the products. Thank you haaniyah for making that shopping trip a lot easier for us:)

DONT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!! I got my ears pierced here and they did one ear fine and the other ear they messed up. It was completely uneven and on my second ear they shot downwards so that the backing to any earring was visible and practically at the bottom of my lobe. Went back and they offered me a refund. However when I wanted to repierce my ears, I couldn’t get it pierced in the same place so I had to get my seconds pierced instead which is so annoying as it meant I had to get two holes in my ears instead of one. They told me to go home and try to reopen the hole myself which didn’t work and my ear hole has two holes in the back and one hole in the front as a result of their advice. GO TO CLAIRES because my piercings are permanently messed up and has caused me huge inconvenience. They don’t really know what they’re doing and got away with it so all I’m saying is go to Claire’s.
Amazing staff, super friendly. Easy to have a laugh with them, makes the entire purchasing experience even better.
Cardiff store closes at 7pm. Arrived at the store with over ten minutes to spare. Colleague with long pink hair, exact quote "do you know what you want we close in five minutes". Then gave us a look as to say just leave. I was going to buy a watch I had my eye on, would have taken about two minutes but no chance would I buy it after that experience.
