   The after-sales service at this shop is disappointing and lacks value for money. While the staff are amazing, the manager/supervisor, Sadeeka, is quite ignorant. I specifically purchase stainless steel items due to my reactions to other metals, but if you value your money, I recommend spending it elsewhere. The diamonds in the studs I bought fell out, and I barely had the chance to wear two pairs. When I addressed the issue, Sadeeka rudely responded to the till operator in my face and didn't even at least apologize. It's better to invest your money where you will be treated with respect and won't be disappointed.

   Had my daughters ears pierced. A very pleasant and efficient service given by both ladies that did the piercing. No waiting, came in and they accommodated us straight away. Very friendly and gentle with 5 year old and would highly recommend this store compared to Super drug and Claires.

   i had my ear pierced here about a month ago now, there was good customer service and all, but the woman piercing my ear did it on a horrible angle so that the back is visible whilst looking at my ear from the front, it’s and absolute mess, and then it got infected and my ear swollen. do not go here unless you want a horrible piercing and infection

   I went to Lovisa Cardiff on Oasis weekend 5th July. Had the best experience! Me and my friend wanted piercings. The girls that did them were so professional and lovely only got one of their names (Daisy). Definitely recommend, I got my helix done it’s healing really well with no pain and the jewellery is beautiful. 10/10 Thanks guys for a great experience ❤️

   Had my twinnies ears done they wanted it done for there bdays. The 2 woman were so amazing, friendly and loving made them both feel comfortable nd give them both a bunny for it aswell so cheap definitely go there

   I do not advise to get a cartilage piercing here!!!!! i had my helix pierced in April 2022, since then i have had nothing but issues pain an bleeding!! after seeking help from a professional i have been told it was pierced on the wrong angle and i have developed a keloid due to damage from the gun! Also been informed you should never pierce cartilage with a gun as it causes damage to the cartilage! AVOID!! they are not professional piercers!!

   Good for love piercings however when it comes to cartilage they use a pressure gun which ended up shattering my cartilage and I have had to take the piercing out. Not a proper piercing place

   I had very bad experiences 4 times there.The staff members not all,,one staff girl is so rude to me ,her body language was awful, she dont have manners how to talk with the customers. I need to change my necklace and earings. But all the time she said manager is not here ,if I said exchange,,?she said manager not here ..I dont know how can I exchange or refund.but I complaint to the customer service they accepted they give me a gift card as well. But the staff girl honestly I dont want to see again.. Its humble request staff should be change or polite and proper trained. Shop is so nice and jewellery is so nice.i want to buy more stuff.but because of the staff I dont want to buy any more.
