   The most kindest souls served and helped me today despite how busy it was. It was well organised with lovely welcoming staff. The staff still helped me find a perfect gift with detailed description of the products. I was shown plenty of options with different price ranges which was very helpful.    Went here with my partner to get her a wee gift and had a very good time with the staff. Marrie (hope I spelt that right) was amazing. They helped us with picking a perfect size and made the store promotion very clear for us. Originally we were only going to get a bracelet but she explained the buy 2 get the 3rd free promotion was for everything. She was so professional and kind, helped us pick the perfect charms and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. 10/10 for Marrie we wish you the absolute best for Xmas.

   I came into the store completely out of my comfort zone and not very knowledgeable about jewellery, hoping to find a gift for my significant other. Teryl, one of the employees, took my vague description and somehow found the perfect necklace and charm. I really appreciated the patience and guidance—wonderful experience overall.    Not living in Cardiff and wanted to check your stock before driving in I'm 62 and disabled so its very difficult particularly this time of year, I understand your very busy ATM but what's the point of making your phone number available if you have no intention of answering it I've been trying to get through for four days

   I rated this store 2 years ago with a 1 and didn't leave a written review. I had to go in again today and thought I should write why this store 2 years on still retains a 1 from me. Visited on a Saturday morning so fairly busy, greeted with a hi and then went to a desk to wait for help. No help arrived so.asked the front of store greeter how we actually get served, was told to head to the back of the store where there was a small "queue here" sign so joined the queue then waited for a further 15 mins to get served.....at this point been in store for 30 mins. Service from the assistant was just fine, got what I needed but then payment time, I cannot believe it took 25 mins to ring through my 8 items, seriously 25 mins, due to the till being slow!!! By the time I had finished I was ready to just hand it all back and walk out. It was ridiculously organised and clearly lacking efficient or functioning points of sale!!! My recommendation is AVOID this store and SHOP ONLINE to save your sanity
