   While Randomly walking past I saw my dream watch in the window. I was surprised as they’re quite rare in the UK & I haven’t seen shops selling it. Wendy was great & helped me confirm it’s the right watch via its code & also showing me similar models that are often confused with it. I left the store a very happy man. Thank you for such a beautiful timepiece

   Very poor service from this company. They sent my Rado watch away on the 1st of December, avoided answering my emails and eventually took my call and was told that it was back in store. ..on the 21st of March. Frustration for the lack of communication and that the watch wasn't repaired or serviced as I had requested, we paid a deposit which they wouldn't refund, even though nothing was done with my watch. They claimed it was for postage and insurance purposes. None of which was explained in the original meeting. I would not recommend using these jewelers when there are plenty of other options so nearby.

   I bought a bell and ross watching back in February, it had to go in for repair in June. I have still not had the watch back 6 months later. The service I have received is terrible. I chased the watch up in October I was then told that they had a valuation for the repair and I had to accept it before they did work on the watch. I'd I hadn't rang to check them they would of had the watch for years!! I then rang in end of November and was told by a member of staff that my watch would be ready second week of December. Rang Monday 16th December was told they are still waiting on parts for the watch and they would call me back the same day, nothing back. Called today 17th December women was very rude on the phone as if she didn't want to speak to me and as if It was my fault. Iv had better service in argos on a £50 watch. Soon as they take your money then the service is shocking, I will never again buy anything from here again. Take your buisness else where. My watch apparently will be ready by January time, but I'll probably have to chase them myself because they will not contact me. Pathetic service.

   I bought a platinum diamond engagement ring in 2022 from Crouch jewellery in St David’s. I paid £2250 for the ring. A year later the diamond fell out. Luckily we found it and took it back. It was repaired but at a cost of £350. Again a year later, it’s fallen out again. I’ll be taking the ring back today and update the outcome. Should a platinum ring be doing this? I think not. So my experience so far isn’t great.

   I had a problem regarding a recent purchase of a watch from a Mont Blanc Boutique in Bond Street London. Rosanna ( I hope I’ve got the correct name) was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with a loose pin in my watch strap. I have to say I was so impressed that Rosanna personally took me to see Anthony at the In-Time Watch & Jewellery Repairs who checked and repaired my watch on the spot. Thank you so much guys a very professional and friendly service highly recommended.

   I have purchased watches from many well known retailers and this is by far the best buying experience I've ever had. Sufia was attentive and very knowledgeable and allowed me to try different watches numerous times before making my final choice for which I thank her personally for. This isn't always the case in other stores. All the ladies were extremely friendly and professional and the next time I am in the market for anything, Crouch will be my first choice. Thank you again.

   My wife and I would like to thank the staff at the Cardiff branch for the exceptional service we received when purchasing a platinum wedding ring and trilogy engagement ring. Two weeks later we returned to the store and had a wonderful experience from Fehmida, her advice, patience and over all manner was brilliant, my wife called in to store this evening and was delighted to meet Fehmida again. Would highly recommend to family and friends

   My husband called by to look at the Tag Monaco today to purchase. On entry he was greeted by a young lady who rather than say hi or offer assistance stood in front of him looked him up and down and focused her eyes on the Primark bag he was carrying. He turned straight around wandered over to watches of Switzerland where thankfully the service was great and he got the perfect watch. Perhaps training of store assistants needs to include "don't judge a book by its cover" as the reception my husband received meant you lost a sale and a commitment to never visit you again!

   We called in to the store last week to buy a Canadian diamond ring. The staff were absolutely wonderful nothing was to much trouble. We were told that it would be roughly 2weeks for my ring to be ready , how surprised was I when we had a call Saturday to say that the ring was ready. So we popped into Cardiff today to pick it up . The service was phenomenal, it felt like they were welcoming a family member. Highly recommend danyal and the team

   Wide range of jewelry and high end watches such as Rolex, Breitling and TAG. The staff are really kind and accommodating. They will let you try on any of the watches they have on display. If theres a watch you want that they don't have. They will order it in for you. I got my Rolex Cosmograph Daytona from here. Definitely worth it.
