   We went in whilst visiting Cardiff with friends on Sunday . I only intended on looking initially. We were greeted by two friendly ladies who were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble despite it bust a busy little shop . My husband bought me a couple of necklaces and a pendant which I love . I was helped to try on several combinations of length and chain thickness to find exactly what I wanted and never felt rushed . They have so many beautiful items in there it took me a while but they were so patient and helpful. It’s a shame I don’t live nearer as I’m sure I would be back for more . Thank you ladies , sorry I didn’t get your names but you were wonderful and I adore my gifts .

   A nice selection of crystals. Very overpriced though. If you decided to downsize your collection and re-sell them, you'll find that they sell for about 10% of what you paid for them here.

   basically the only place that i feel like i Need to leave a review for. discovered it a while ago when some friends took me there, been going regularly ever since! all staff are friendly, kind and informative and prices are reasonably varied based on (presumably) the rarity of the stone! this is really the only crystal shop i know in the area, so the standard is set very high by this store. i recommend visiting even just for the vibes!

   My favourite shop in all of Cardiff! Wonderful staff (shout out to Nic who always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for even with my fussy tastes!) I feel the prices are exactly as they should be, the quality is unmatched and I've never had an issue with any of my pieces (some are years old as well)

   Lovely little shop, they have a great range of crystals and all at good prices too. The lady in there was very friendly and informative about some of the different crystals. Will definitely visit again when I come back to Cardiff in the future

   I came to this store today with the idea of buying my friend some crystals for her birthday. I explained to the wonderful lady behind the counter what my friend was like and where she is aiming to go in life and I was given some amazing advise. I'm so sorry I didn't catch the lady's name but she has blue hair and was so knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I needed. The crystals are perfect and the service I received was outstanding. Thank you!

   I walked into this shop in Cardiff today with my daughter. My daughter dragged me all around town looking for this shop she desperately wanted to show me. When we arrived at the shop we looked in the window and noticed the shop was empty. I opened the front door and politely asked the lady on the front desk was it okay to come in and have a look. She said yes but hand sanitise your hands. Which my daughter and I did. Soon after a another customer just casulay walked in the shop I noticed she was not asked to hand sanitise her hands and I didn't see her do so either. I seen an object on the shelf cost around £12.50 I picked to evaluate the weight the feel. I was told by the lady on the front desk In a patronising way. Hey lovely please do not touch the items on display. Bearing in mind there is no display in the shop telling you this. I put it back and appoligised as I didn't know and had clearly offended the lady. My daughter wanted to purchase a wand from from the glass cabinet which was locked. My daughter must of been standing in the way of the cabinet and she was told to move aside as the door opens this way, again in a manner that was patronising. My daughter asked for some crystals in a pot which were on display, she did not touch them as she was aware I recently been told off for touching the items on display. Th lady said you it's okay darling you can just grab those. My daughter then picked what she desired picking up and putting back as she was wanting the best looking crystals. We then paid and the lady wrapped up the crystals and off we went. My experience shopping here was not that great. I feel as tho we were judged and didn't feel welcome.

   Really bad customer service. I hate leaving negative reviews but feel I have to. I came in probably about 6 weeks ago maybe & saw a ring that I wanted to go with my wedding ring. My size wasn't in store, so the assistant told me that she'd be in the following day & would ask the jeweller upstairs if it could be made a size bigger, or if not she'd see if another branch had it in stock, or she'd get it made for me. This didn't happen. It actually took over a fortnight for anything to be actioned. Despite numerous phone calls from me and visits by me to the shop NOTHING promised to me happened, and despite me being promised that they'd ring me to tell me what was happening I didn't receive a single phone call. NOT ONCE. My wedding was yesterday & I never heard a thing. Out of desperation I had to rush out & buy a fake ring for photos. I'm so disappointed and would NEVER recommend the store to anyone. THIS WAS FOR MY WEDDING & YOU KNEW THE DATE. IF YOU COULDN'T FULFIL THE ORDER YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD THE COURTESY TO TELL ME! Just terrible. Thanks for nothing.
