Struggled with pool colour after vacation return over bank holiday. Shock and Ph balance did little to improve. Called in at All Swim, young lady on reception desk quickly briefs me on where I was going wrong, identified the products required and selected the best sized units considering where we are in the season. Great service, great knowledge and a smile to go with it. What’s not to love. 24 hours later we were swimming again! Business done properly. Thank you !

I ordered from All Swim previously and had a great experience. Very quick delivery, great email comms. I ordered again but after paying over £8 for delivery I did not get next day or even 3 working day delivery. I contacted them to ask for a refund as I had driven elsewhere for the product and they immediately gave me a refund and cancelled the order, offered an apology for letting me down. This is GREAT customer service. Love it. The difference between an Amazon and the personal service from a family run company. Sad that I didn't get my product in time (not their fault but a supplier issue) but more than happy with the awesome response from Jane. Thanks guys!

We bought the caldera which has changed our lives. We use it multiple times a week, granted there’s an increase to our electric but not to a surprise as Jane explained this at the time. It’s relaxing, fitted perfectly in our space & gives us everything we asked for within budget!

The install team were also efficient, friendly & worked hard getting everything set up to our specification (which was a challenge given where we wanted it positioned) but they were brilliant.
