   Loads of options. Different sections for different things. We were there quite a long time and no one approached us to let us know their contactless was broken. Waited till we’d queued and got to the till which was quite annoying.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and often go out of their way to assist customers. Prices are competitive, and there are frequent promotions and discounts, making it a great place for finding gifts. However, the store can get quite busy, especially during holidays, which can make the shopping experience a bit hectic. During my visit to The Entertainer, there were sales on most of the products, which made for some great deals. Overall, it's a fantastic destination for toy shopping with a great selection and customer service.

   Child got a present for Christmas from a family member unfortunately she got two the same went in and asked till girl called Laura if she could help and we only wanted to exchange and buy more but no help at all will have to tell family member now to see of we can get receipt and now will ask for a full refund and not shop here again would have thought this was a common thing after Christmas shame they have No customer service anymore

   Some prices are good, while some are extortionate. £2.40 for a hot wheels basic car? Only other place that charges near that is WH Smith.

   Reasonably sized Entertainer with friendly staff. Found it a little difficult to navigate with a pushchair at times due to displays, but otherwise a pleasant experience.
