I bought in this shop a package of ice cream. When I unpacked the ice , it showed signs of having been defrosted for a very long time. In theory shops are supposed to have a backup. What is even more frustrating they make sure not to provide a VAT receipt.
The owner is very rude. As I approached the line, he went and sat down using his phone as I waited. Couldn't buy anything because he just wouldn't move.
The shop is cramped and has poor lighting. you can’t get a stroller past the front door as there is food on the floor down the isles blocking the path. I was surprised to hear that they have a minimum card spend as my local Nisa doesn’t, I suspect this is being done to make people spend more money. I will not be back as the shop looks dirty and poorly maintained.

The guy in charge is extremely rude not just to me, seen him be rude to several customers. The bit where the fruits are is always messy with the potatoes on the floor most of the time. They place their discounted items on the floor which I think is quite disgusting tbh. 1 star becasue I am being generous.

Many times found food out of date !!! Not recommend
The owner is very rude same times. Force everyone to leave your purchases (from other stores) by the door, its no respect for the customers. Charging normal price for the discounted items.
The owner of the store is very friendly and the staff is too, I go there all the time and never get bad service. I've only had bad service a few times but I've known the owner of the store for a long time so I won't worry. The staff DOES speak politely and I've never seen the staff speaking rudely, the reviews are lying!
