   The manager and Gg, were such special, they made our experience so amazing, we hugged and spent an hour in the shop, we didn't want to leave with such positive energy around us.    I have made an appointment for ear piercing, when to say we are running 5 min late , went 5 min late for the lady to say they had no staff need to do it one piercing at the time (4 year old) , she said she needs 20 min for it , and has other appointments. I should say that person I spoke to had very poor hygiene and I could not stand near due to smell, Nevermind letting some do ear piercing to a child with such hygiene! When to Lovisa , and service was stunning , staff amazing, no appointments needed, and much cheaper . So no to Claire’s for service, staff or prices.

   I had ears piercing done the lady who served me was Aliya. The service was definitely 5 but for wait time i had to give 4 star. Aliya is really good she went through it with me all the process. Aliya helped me chose the right studs she is really good at her job she explained well about health and safety procedures she is nice and friendly i would recommend her to anyone who wants piercing done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   The service and attitude of the staff on the evening of Wednesday 4th December was awful. The young assistant needs more training in relation to customer service and how to engage with customers. She was in another world and blasé about the work in the shop. The manager should not be a store manager and had the ultimate attitude problem. I explained why I was returning items that I had bought at least 10 minutes before and whilst the manager served me she had a smirk on her face before she even got to the till it was the same. She was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. Claire’s you need to do better with some of your staff. In comparison, the assistant based in the ground floor Claire’s was extremely helpful. I won’t be shopping in Claire’s again.

   I went there today for ear piercing after making appointment by yesterday. Once we reached there the staff informed us that we needed to go to another outlet for that service because one of their staff is absent. When we asked about the appointment, she explained a lot but I didn’t understand the whole point. If that staff was absent they should give us a call and cancel our appointment that’s normally people do. But here they waited for us to come, once we reached the shop they started explaining. Please understand the practical difficulties to reach there, parking charge and etc.

   Arrange to have ear piercing at this branch, just before the procedure the price has been changed when 5 minutes earlier a price had been agreed. So annoying, not professional, plenty of time wasting at this store, avoid. cost.

   I just want to give Claire's boutique a huge shout out, the staff members were an absolute pleasure to speak to. As an adult male who never had any piercings before i was very apprehensive to get my ear pierced. I read all the reviews saying that it was bad but that was far from the truth with my experience. I was in and out in a flash, they gave me the right information and took care of me. It didn't hurt during the piercing and the staff were lovely.

   Certainly if you have young children through to Teens Claires is a great shop to take them to...they will love it and think Christmas has come again.... but I am sure many adults buy there as well. My Granddaughter loves the shop there is so much to light up a 10 year olds eyes. From All sorts of Jewellery, Hair accessories by the stand full, Backpacks, in all shapes and sizes, small and large bags. To name just a few products. If you are shopping try them and see, you won't come out empty handed especially if you have your Granddaughter with you.

   Always messy here, a mission if people have a pushchair, my feet are always getting run over, nevertheless if it's coming up to closing time don't expect any piercing on ears!! There's always offers here buy 2 get 3rd free, good for the kids but I always end up above the 30 mark in this shop when I went in for 1 thing, well that's kids for you!!
