   Took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced last week for her 6th birthday. The lady with the brown pony tale was so lovely. She really calmed my granddaughter down as she was nervous. Shen did my other granddaughters ears last year too. She explained everything to her beforehand (the Claire’s upstairs opposite New Look in st David’s centre)

   Extremely Disappointed with Claire's Piercing Service I had an absolutely horrific experience at Claire's when I went in for a piercing. Not only did the piercing get stuck in my earlobe, but I ended up needing surgical removal. I was in the hospital for three days, and the pain was unbearable.the Piercing was embedded into my lobe where they had not pierced it correctly, I could not sleep for 3 days, they had to cut my earlobe to remove the Piercing which has left me with a horrible scar! To make matters worse, when I called Claire's to explain what happened, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to care at all. Her lack of empathy and professionalism only added to my frustration, she accused my grandmother who has had throat cancer for raising her voice, which is untrue as she cannot speak properly, she also accused me of not cleaning my ear, which I infact was!!! On top of everything, she smelled strongly of cigarettes while performing my piercing, which made the whole experience feel incredibly unhygienic. I can’t believe a place that should prioritize cleanliness and customer care allowed this to happen. I would never recommend getting a piercing done here again. Please don’t go to Claire’s for your piercings! They cannot do it correctly, and accuse you when something goes wrong! Not to mention how rude they are!

   Took my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced on the weekend. The lady who served us was brilliant. My daughter was so nervous, I thought she wouldn’t go through with it. She was out at ease had the process explained and they were patient and helpful throughout. Turns out she didn’t even flinch and was fine. We also got a great deal, basic earrings, paid £30 had the express lotion for healing and a free pair of earrings every month for a year.

   My 7yr old daughter decided she wanted her ear pierced when we were shopping in Claire’s. She’s quite a nervous child and has been wanting them done for sometime now but never had the courage. That staff were brilliant especially the lady on the till who may have been the senior shop member, possibly the manager. She took plenty of time discussing what would happen to put my daughter at ease. She loves her new ear rings.

   Terrible place took my daughter to have her ears pierced took 10 minutes to draw dots on by this time she is getting scared to have the one lady come over with a disgusting attitude and told this is the worst age for ears to be pierced! She then proceeds to huff and puff when my daughter moved a little she then walks off and says it can't be done it's the worst age comment's again. Terrible place strongly recommend avoiding!!

   All I have to say is never order click and collect unless you're willing to wait 3 weeks for delivery and to be lied to by staff saying its not in store when in fact it has been and they can't be bothered to sort through deliveries.. 2 hour wasted journeys for me even though I was told it was there

   I would not advise anyone to take their child/children to have their ears Pierced at Claire's accessories because they will make you choose the most expensive ear ring telling you that's what's better for your child/children's ears, then when something goes wrong they will make you look like it is the parent fault. I took my daughter there 2 days ago and I chose the 18 carat gold ear ring, I payed £70 for it, 2 days after the ear ring came off, I took my child back to the shop , I was advised to wait another week but I will have to pay another £35 for a single ear ring to be pierced again, which I didn't found fair because the lady who did my daughter's ears said "if the ear ring comes off I will automatically have it replaced if I bring the old ear ring with me which I did but was not replaced therefore bad customer services, false information given and rip off please avoid.
