   Professional, friendly, fast at delivering whatever you require and are happy to expedite even via DHL at your request. I had accidentally purchased a product realising later, after it had been despatched via DHL, that it had been a mistake for that product so rang to ask if I could (i) return it and (ii) get a refund to which they said 'yes', 'no problem'. As soon as they received the product back I got my refund. An ethically minded and honest company with great products. Definitely recommend buying from them and their phone manner is superb. Thank you from a very grateful customer.
