   I am very grateful to the staff at Pets at Home. My chihuahua had a lump on the eyelid. I was quoted £1500 for operation to remove. I bought nature's greatest secret colloidal silver eye drops £15. One month later, lump is gone. No stress for old dog, no large bill.

   Very poor experience, my wife went into this store which is a big deal for her because of her health issues. The staff were very unhelpful when she finally found someone. She finally just walked out the store without purchasing anything because she couldn’t get any help. We were parked directly outside the store & while we were there we noticed at least 6 other people walk out, so it seems like they are loosing a lot of customers. So who ever owns it or is the franchisees, it’s probably worth having a good look at your business.

   Great Store, Veterinary Practice and Groom Room all under one roof! They look after both our dogs in the Groom Room and do a superb job which is always great value for money. Such lovely staff. The store is very well stocked, laid out and clean too. Great place to visit for all your pet requirements.
