   I’m very picky about my Poochon and have had ok service from every other groomer I’ve used but always something I’m not thrilled with. This is the first time I’ve never had to take her back for corrections even after giving clear instructions. Sarah is approachable, accommodating and did everything I asked. More importantly, my pup came home happy and not stressed like usual. Sarah, thank you for putting up with all my requests and genuinely caring that you’d done exactly as I asked. You have a customer for life. Cherry says hi. Your communication, location and flexibility are an added bonus. A very talented groomer who clearly takes her time. Go to Sarah, thank me later x

   This pet shop is fab! They've helped me to get my cat's allergies in check by switching to raw diet. Sarah is really knowledgeable and lovely. Prices are really reasonable and it's always better to shop local where you can. Highly recommended!

   Unkind people working in the shop. Twice had weird situation once asking for 1 product got informed that the lady has last one, sayed I will take it and started checking for couple of things more that I wanted to buy. In the meantime this thing was sold to the person who just came to the shop. Today visited shop with my dog who barked at the guy who came in - i been hidden in the corner and had dog on a very short leash - tried to do everything quick but when asked about food was gettong laconic answers, bad faces and got informed that if the dog will bark i will have to leave shop. Just to compare in the other places shop workers were helpful for example asking if I need help or tossing few treats to my dog. Been always treaten so nice in the other pet shop on church road - massive difference in approach to people and their dog. Will never go back to Fishponds road.

   I totally love this shop and of course, Sarah! Affordable raw food products for dogs and cats, and a great source of general information. A good, 'go-to' local shop for all sorts of supplies; even my garden birds benefit from me seeing Sarah every other week. Highly recommend this shop.

   Sarah's brilliant, very helpful and amazing with her customers. Knows her regulars and their pets by name, and will always quickly order anything you need that she doesn't have in stock. Brilliant business owner and wonderful woman. Always has a treat stash behind the till for her 4 legged customers. Would much rather buy from Sarah than the big companies. Xxx

   Fantastic groom by Sarah. It was my dogs very first groom and he is really nervous. And Sarah is friendly and gentle with my dog. And will be going back for baths and tidy up every month to help him get familiar with the surroundings.
