   Our dogs love coming to the groom room we have 3 Chow Chows and our youngest Chow Gizmo can get really stressed and be quite nervous. The ladies in the groom room take the time with Gizmo reassuring her and giving her treats making the appointment an enjoyable one. My husband and I would highly recommend the Groom room especially as they understand Chow Chows and how sensitive they can be. And as always Teddy looks gorgeous thank you ladies xx

   Had an appointment for our dog to be groomed at Pets at Home Groom Room Eastgate Bristol. This is the fourth time we have been there and will definitely be the last. We have has two grooms and two bad, the one yesterday was awful. Although the staff are pleasant, I am convinced it depends on which groomer is working whether you get a good service. It's much easier for the groomer to shave a dogs hair off than to carry out a proper groom. We had to bath our dog again today as she didn't smell good and was scratching. It would seem that although there has been a price increase to over £50 you are expected to pay extra for premium products. Found to be a very stressful afternoon for our dog and us, and taking into account our experience would not recommend.

   WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I took my dog here to have claws clipped and said he needs to be muzzled as he is not aggressive but doesn't like being handled. When I returned his mouth was bleeding. The assistant didn't apologize and when I asked she said she didn't know what happened. He was shaking and terrified. I didn't see any concern from staff. I called a week later to speak to Meg and she said to call my vet as my dog clearly has problems. I was disgusted she was suggesting the lack of professionalism from her staff was my dogs fault. It's bad enough my dog was bleeding. But to suggest my dog was at fault and relinquish all responsibility is outrageous. I have made appointments before and turned up to be told there is no appointment for my dog. I never got an apology or any concern from the staff.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Cut my dog, didn't dry her properly, cut got infected. They denied it, head office didn't listen to a word nor did they answer any of my questions. Looking through the reviews, my dog isn't the first to be injured by the groomers.

   They injured my dog on the paw and cut her thigh and they didn't even finish the groom refused any kind of discount for the damage done to our dog as they blamed her for wriggling! She's a dog! She is not at all aggressive or anything and has had no problems with any other groom her entire life!! I will never use the groom room again and certainly not here! Don't do it! I'd give zero stars if I could. Our poor dog has been traumatised.

   My dog is not always very well behaved and hasn’t done well in the past being groomed. I’ve been to two different groom rooms in Bristol now and have had good experiences with both of them. He looks gorgeous and always seems happy at the end of it.

   Very happy with the service that my little girl received every time she goes in for a groom. She is most comfortable with the manager who is the one that does the groom and I can never complain as she always looks super cute and we also purchased her this scarf from the pets at home store there. She’s loving it. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their pet groomed.

   My poor new pooch coat was not in a great condition as a result we booked into the groom room, slight worried about it being a big buisness, but the staff were friendly and max loved most of it... we will be back.
