In the dog house cut all three of our dogs hair. They are always brilliant and fairly priced. Our dogs can be quite difficult to groom as they are anxious but they are always really good with them and the dogs look great every time.
Lovely little shop. Popped in today to get some treats for my dogs birthday as we were in the area. The lady was super lovely and even gave us some free birthday biscuits! Thank you ❤️
Really cannot rate this place enough. We have been using the team for over 10 years. Our newest member of the family has settled in so well & so quickly following his first visit at 20 weeks thanks to the experience & keen detail. The love & passion really shows as he comes home looking like a pampered pooch every time. He can’t wait to get through the door to see one of his human friends. Amazing service & amazing people.
first groom by the owner, no problems at all. however, second groom by another older member of staff not good at all. when collecting my dog ,she had what looked like a open gash to her back leg. it looked red raw and open and sore. like she had been cut. the older groomer said she found it and it must have already been there prior to grooming. we took her to the vet who confirmed that the cut was fresh and recent. everyone makes mistakes and i accept that. but not owning up to them and lying your way out of them means that you are not learning from them and that is why we will not be returning to this place
