   What a lovely welcoming store. So helpful and friendly and ready to give advice whenever you need it. We regularly go to this store with our children and they enjoy the trip as they have little activities for the children to do where they can collect a treat for their pet and for themselves at the end. My autistic daughter looks forward to completing the bird hunt activity in store and adding her pet drawings to the picture wall. Our dog also loves the great range of dog treats in store and that they get change around for new exciting ones often.

   We have been made to feel so welcome by the lovely team. Our time at puppy hour has been great. The girls are fantastic with our pup. They are great at sharing their knowledge and if they are unsure are more than happy to research and let us know. Enzo loves all of his trips to Midsomer Norton Pets Corner and we can’t wait to continue spending more time with the girls.

   Went in today just to buy some dog shampoo (our two dogs had rolled in a Badger toilet). The store had been having problems with a network connection for days and a newly-installed WiFi box had only functioned briefly before giving up. So, electronic scanner not working, electronic till not working, electronic cash drawer not working... Despite all of this, I was made to feel welcome and everything was explained to me in a very calm way. I paid cash, the devices were made to work and the cash drawer opened. Special thanks to Jasmine, Holly and Morgan for working so hard and being so professional.

   Fantastic selection of food, beds, treats, medications etc for your pets. The staff are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Yes, it’s more expensive than ordering online but great if you need something quickly and don’t want to wait for delivery. Also nice to be able to support a local business.
