   Just wanted to say thank you to the 2 people that were working the shop floor on New Year’s Eve morning - they were so helpful getting my Minituer dachshund fitted up with his new leopard print jumper It is always such a lovely experience visiting the Clifton store and the team are so knowledgeable. Guest experience is incredibly important and I really appreciate how these two hosted the store

   OMG! What a wonderful place! We just passed it whilst out for a birthday stroll and ended up treating the dog to a new coat. The staff were very accommodating and the choice was superb. I’m definitely going there again as the range of merchandise was different to the run-of-the-mill generic stuff you normally find.

   New fleece for Dotty! Excellent quality and fit. Love how they have a whole big separate section for dachshunds. A good variety of products and pleased to find Arden Grange turkey pate which I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

   Fantastic pet shop, cafe and grooming service. They have the best of dog toys, treats, beds and much more. But for me and our little Beagle the best part is the brilliant, smiley and dog loving service you receive which make us go back time and time again. I have to mention Charlotte there especially for going above and beyond to help me to get an exchange for our dog harness which broke. She has contacted everyone in the company and the brand got it sorted beyond our expectation. The products in the shop are brilliant, but the service is what makes us go back. Plus it is a great place to go for a coffee with pooches and friends in the heart of Clifton.

   Really good selection of products, tried the grooming service but they produced a very poor result with an accident that left my dog with a grade one all over (he’s a retriever crossed with an poodle with long wavy fur) and then refused to do anything other than give me a small discount. Have now moved to another groomers who are wonderfully accomplished with their skills and customer service.
