Amazing 1-1 service at the pharmacy from Bruce really appreciate being seen same day and even being called to come in earlier for appointment so could be seen quicker thank you
Extremely disappointing experience. There is absolutely no notice informing customers that the store closes for a lunch break from 1:00 to 1:30 pm. You arrive and are left with no explanation at all. When interacting with staff, instead of professionalism, I was met with rudeness, mockery, and complete unwillingness to help. A company the size of Boots should, at the very least, provide clear information, basic organisation, and respectful customer service. What I experienced was pure disregard for customers. Completely unacceptable.
This pharmacy doesn't work official hours as stated at entrance or on Boots.com. They practice daily unannounced lunch breaks between 1 and 1:30 when noone in pharmacy will be serving you despite there is always someone to tell you they are all having lunch. Why all of them have to go at the same time, why not do rounds like everyone else? There is also no way you'll be served at the pharmacy 10 minutes to closure, despite still officially open. They like to send everyone to "Big Boots". Moved my prescriptions elsewhere now. The shop works fine, never had any issues with the shop.
Tripped & cut hand badly. Went into Boots & asked for a First Aider. Rami helped me, he cleaned & dressed the wound. He wad very friendly, kind & understanding. 5*
I had a horrible experience at this Boots store. I went in during the student discount promotion period, which is supposed to be 20% off. However, this store only offered 10%. When I politely asked the cashier about the difference, she was extremely rude and impatient. She didn’t bother to explain that discounts might vary by store and acted like I was wasting her time. Her attitude was very mean and unprofessional, which made the whole experience really unpleasant. Definitely disappointed.

Boots have a lovely store full of shiny TAT. I hope that you never have to waste 3 hours trying to book a Covid test for travel. I've worn 2 mice out in an attempt to book an appointment to have some sticks stuck up my nose. Computer says NO!! BOOTS no stars.
Small branch of Boots on Westgate Street. This is where I collect my prescriptions because the staff are great. They have a decent range of products for the size but if you need more variety then head to the larger branch in Southgate.
