   Will never go back to Rowes if you want to save money go elsewhere after having a second opinion at Langford saved me another £900.00 and the £3.50 I paid for the month for steroids sorted everything Even though I was told this may be on going and the joke rowes tablets £17.00 for 7 tablets was told after cheaper on line but £34.00 for the prescription all for my dogs diarrhea already spent almost £900.00 with various tests and still the same absolute joke

   We’ve been to a few different vet practices before, and I can confidently say this practice is outstanding. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly, the vets are super friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure my dog doesn’t feel threatened.

She was taken care of and loved every staff member right down to her last visit. My father & I are grateful for the care and attention she received whilst she was alive, and we are very pleased and grateful for the service we have received with our new doggie we have just adopted.    We're down from Yorkshire visiting family and our dog managed to get hold of some raisins. We rang these vets who, despite us not being registered with them, told us to bring her in straight away and saw her almost as soon as we arrived. They were friendly and got her sorted quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you

   These vets are one of many owned by one company Over the years we have been with them we have seen an amazing amount of vets and continuity is the reason they don’t get a full 5 stars from me. Other than that they are polite knowledgable and have helped us say good bye to 4 of our best friends, with one vet coming to the house. I just wish the good vets would stay at he practice you build a rapport only to be told the next time you call that they gave left. You then attend and have to explain your multi dog situation again and your back to square one.

   Rang Winterbourne vets at 11 in the morning and was given an appointment the same day. The ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful, even though it was sweltering hot and they were so busy. The lovely man vet who looked after my cat was friendly and professional, explaining what was wrong and the treatment options available. The price was not as expensive as I was expecting, and I am so grateful to all the lovely staff at Winterbourne Vets for fixing my cat's poorly foot. Will definitely continue to use this practice and recommend to family and friends..
