   Thank you for looking after Chester for us for many years after Lucas’s vets closed. We sadly said goodbye to Chester at the Whitchurch branch recently. We appreciate the level of care provided over the years from both sites. Many thanks to Matthew and Emily for coming out to us so quickly and for being so respectful and polite.

   The family dog was very old and the vets did everything they could to make sure he had a good quality of life and support the family to give him an extra few years. When the unfortunate time came for him to be put to sleep, Harry was incredibly supportive with the family and absolutely brilliant with our dog in his final moments. He was kind, caring and gave us time when we needed it to prepare ourselves and say our goodbyes, as well as put the dog at ease. Something that made the moment easier to bear for all of us. I couldn't recommend them enough to others.

   Super stressful time when my husband stepped on Mr Binky’s foot and broke a bone! All the staff are amazing here and the nurses even spent time cuddling Mr Binky to make sure he was cheerful! This is a great vet’s practice- I can’t recommend them highly enough!

   I can’t thank the vets and nurses enough for how well they handled my nervous dog Bonnie during her spay operation. I rang in advance as bonnie won’t let anyone else go near her unless I’m there, and they did everything they could to make her experience as stress free as possible. I was able to wait with her alone until she fell asleep from the pre-meds so she was relaxed and calm, and the vets were so lovely and caring. The whole process was really positive for myself and Bonnie. They rang me when she woke up so I could hold her again for post op checks, and again they were so considerate and gentle. The only hiccup was the receptionists not being aware of the situation and giving me incorrect information (being slightly dismissive) as well as confusing me with another client and trying to charge me double the price for the surgery, but all was resolved! Overall I’d absolutely recommend highcroft- the vets and nurses really listen and care!

   Highcroft Longwell Green have been fantastic with our dog Barney. He's been through quite a lot in his first year and is still needing quite frequent appointments but despite having quite a few jabs and an operation he's still so enthusiastic to go to the vets as he knows he'll get a lot of fuss! Can't fault the practice and we're very grateful to have found a vets that takes such good care of Barney.

   Admin / paperwork can take a while and there's often a wait for phone calls - but the treatment our dog had there (routine care and a fairly substantial dental surgery) has been really, really good. The whole team obviously cares massively for the animals they treat, and about the owners too - they were very kind when I was very anxious about the surgery. Probably not the cheapest place around, but outstanding care is worth it.

   Great Veterinary Centre. All the staff are lovely. Great range of services available. We have always taken our Dogs here and have never had an issue. Would definitely recommend and will keep coming back.
