This seems like a good shop. However, the store demonstrates poor organisation and a lack of prioritisation. There were two people at a till. One person refused to support clients instead doing something else. Thus a queue formed behind the one client facing worker. Unfortunately a gentlemen took a long time, of the order of fifteen minutes to sort something that should be trivial, and just general conversation. Then the store was closed so clients could not be helped. The store did not prioritise sorting out clients priorities.

Absolutely appalling service from the manager and young woman on shift, my mum went in to get pain killers and was rejected because they apparently had “served her before.” My mum had never been to this boots in her life, the manger (an old woman with grey hair) then started laughing in our faces with her younger colleague who clearly had no idea how to do her job properly. The moment we stepped in through the doors they were giving us daggers. Another time, I wanted temporary pain killers for my braces, they told me to “ask your authodontist not to tighten them again.” Thats part of my treatment?? They have to be tightened so my teeth can be alligned over time. Just go to the boots down the road unless you want to be treated like a second-tear citizen for purchasing a simple medicine.

The pharmacy has a huge backlog of prescription. Last year they were fulfilling them almost as soon as they received them; earlier this year they were telling me there was a 2-day wait; just now I was told I could wait up to a week.

Don’t open when they say they will. Not great communication, if they are going to stay shut for the day it would be good to put up a sign. Ended up ordering from Amazon instead but annoying as I can’t get to my prescriptions which were meant to be urgent. They have been shut every time I came by! Staff are good when you do manage to get in!

Awful customer service. Long queue, employees doing nothing, no apologies for the wait. Stock selection is bad, store looks tired, boxes left out.

Had prescription filled Sat pm14Oct22. Small que ahead of me that dissipated quickly. An absolute star of an assistant fulfilled my prescription, this despite me being newly registered and me arriving shortly after my prescription had electronically arriving. Fantastic service on the day I visited.

The pharmacy has extremely long wait times and when you finally do get seen, the staff are rude and argumentative. They go out of their way not to help you. I have moved pharmacy and I would recommend others to do so.

Biggest one I visited here in Bristol. Great location. There are two entrances, which is very convenient. You can find various skincare, haircare, bodycare, fragrances, accessories and make-up products here. Also, they offer some quick bites and drinks. You can pick up your online order here too.
