Purchased a white gold chain and a cross pendant, service was incredible as they allowed me to exchange the chain twice for a longer chain due to my mistake of not measuring correctly. The chain and white gold pendant was a present and it was perfect and my son loved it. Highly recommend watchmax

If there were a negative star review I would leave a negative 5 . Poor customer service. No respond for days!!! I order a watch their employees didnβt get aired that the watch was packed correctly so my watch came damaged and wasnβt winding at all after back and forth for a week they send the return label and after they received they state that their paper security label is not sealed and they will not refund and only repair the watch !!! Itβs a SCAM!!! And I still canβt get in touch with their manager and didnβt get my money back or watch
I bought a 3 band gold ring in Oct 23 for Β£259 I was a a little disappointed with thickness of bands so thought this was normal for this product, however within 2 months I noticed one of the bands split. I contacted Watchmax who reluctantly agreed to replace ring which I received in Jan 24, but again in June 24 the same thing happened one of the bands split. I do wear the ring all the time as it was bought as a wedding ring but as I am retired the worst thing I'd is some light gardening so have no idea to what caused this to happen twice. When I emailed Watchmax a second time they refused to replace ring again as in there words the ring was bought 6 months ago, which to me suggests the product doesn't last any longer than this. When I tried emailing and phoning leaving my number they are not not even replying, I am very disappointed after spending this amount of money to have such poor customer service and obviously such a poor quality ring, I will never buy from this company again and recommend no one else does either
Bought lovely Russian wedding ring. Beautiful quality and fast service. But when I asked to replace for a slightly larger size - they excelled and exchanged it without any fuss - despatching the replacement same day they received original back - and it was all done within 3 days. Many thanks. Very happy customer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a replacement watch strap, it broke within 1 month of having and the company wouldnβt entertain replacing or a refund - the straps are not guaranteed so I would not purchase from here. Awful company with awful customer service - definitely buy from somewhere more reliable.
