“We had just moved into Alto, which has been a lovely place so far. As we were settling in and getting familiar with the apartment, we noticed a few items that needed additional repairs. Thankfully, Miguel, the handyman, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Despite his busy schedule, Miguel quickly reached out to coordinate a time that worked for us and was very respectful of our availability. He handled multiple repairs with efficiency and care, always taking the time to explain what he was doing and what needed follow-up. He even took the initiative to start the process on items that required more time or parts, ensuring nothing was left unresolved. Throughout it all, Miguel remained patient, professional, and incredibly friendly—which made a great impression, especially as new residents. “I've been few times at this hotel and is good. Nice and clean. There is a free private parking for the guests of the back of the hotel. Big restaurant and tables outside at the back.
