I took a watch for a 90 lady worth nothing only sentimental as it was her mum's the young man fixed the strap and put a new battery in as I didn't know if it work and didn't charge me for it, as the world is at the moment there are people who make people happy, gave me back my faith in people thank you young man.

I have had repairs, valuations and new purchases over the years and each one is handled professionally and they are also always fair on price and trustworthy. If I have ever had any issue with any work done they are always willing to put it right straight away. It’s also nice to see friendly faces and have an enjoyable experience visiting the store.
