For my 18th birthday my gran and I used Woods to design and create a bespoke gold ring. Throughout the whole process Wood’s and those working in Wood’s were nothing but lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. The ring came out amazing and if I ever needed anything like that again Woods would be my first call. They’ve also been helpful to my gran across the years with fixes and creations. The kind environment means they’re almost friends to my gran !!! Thank you Woods !!!
Excellent place. Got a new watch battery and an extra link put into my watch. Had a link removed from the watch a few years ago with them and they were able to recognise that they had removed it previously and therefore did not charge me for it. Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. 10/10.
Woods have done an amazing job at cleaning/polishing my bracelets! I am so happy with how they’ve turned out, they look brand new. They staff have all been so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service - my now husband designed my engagement ring with Danielle, he was able to pick the stones with help from Charlotte and Danielle and we both went back to Woods to design and purchase our wedding rings again helped by Danielle. Friendly, approachable, reliable and professional service from the whole team and no questions or resizing queries were an issue. Highly recommend
Excellent service from very friendly and knowledgeable, professional staff at competitive prices. Paul was especially helpful. This is a very interesting establishment with some lovely and unique pieces of jewellery. There is an in-house designer and two in-house jewellers who carry out repairs and make jewellery to clients’ specifications. Marvellous to find somewhere like this-it’s great!
