I have purchased a watch recently, and couldn't be more than happy. All staff were quite attentive and asked regularly if I needed help with anything, and after making my mind up, Omar was kind enough to help me decide on a watch. His service was top knotch, and everything was done in a quick and simple manner. I was also offered a drink and that was extremely kind. The only thing I would comment is the outside box of the watch. It's a little dirty and beaten on some sides, but the inside box is immaculate that's why it's not a huge problem for me. Very happy with the service!

For such a big shop worst service ever. Shortage of staff and no actual concern for customers wanting to buy a product. They were helpful and kind at the start but their checkout service is horrible. I brought a bracelet but as it was for a gift i asked for a gift receipt they had shortage of ink so it was unable to print out. They had no facility to even reprint a previous receipt??? As such a big jewellery store your technical issues need to be resolved. They then refunded me and said you can repurchase the bracelet again and then we’ll give you a gift receipt but as the refund takes 2-3 business days i didn’t have enough on that card to repurchase the bracelet. I was having to repurchase from a separate account and then the manager randomly printed out the pervious gift receipt before they sent me the refund. I feel like all employees are just lazy on the shop floor although they get to sit down on seats while serving you. As i called one of my friends on the phone to purchase the bracelet again telling her i needed some extra cash the employees were sharing the reason why i was repurchasing it in quite a rude and unhelpful tone. I wanted to get the gift wrapped and one of the employees couldn’t even wrap it??. They were having to get their Manager to do everything. Quite unhappy although they did say sorry for the inconvenience but i wouldn’t be coming back here again it was better if i purchased the brand of the bracelet from the actual store downstairs. I decided to come Goldsmiths due to the high end brand image and time balanced service they did not meet any of the expectations and i feel like a busier store would have done better. I also feel like they judge of appearance i was quite young so maybe they didn’t take my purchase seriously and lacked on their service but a customer is a customer. I do shopping quiet a lot but this was my worst experience ever Especially for such a big shop????

Purchased my first watch here in 2022; great store and lovely staff. They are very honest about their selling, they don’t oversell or pressure you into buying. They definitely offer way better gifts than the Tudor boutique downstairs. All around great quality! Thank you Phil, Graham and Ramasamy - they all deserve promotions and raises!!!! ;)

A better experience every time. White city Goldsmiths always goes above and beyond to help and the staff are super friendly and kind. Keep up the hard work. Max and El, you guys really know how to treat your customers.

Went to have some jewellery valued. Was told at the initial meeting that I would be contacted about the proposed cost to get valued so that I could decide if I wanted to go through with it. This did not happen, and so I was forced to pay over Β£200, otherwise I would not have got my items back. I also feel I was lied to as when I called I was told that I had been emailed during various times when I hadn't received a single email, apart from when I was told the items were ready for collection. Would not use their services again.

I want to particularly mention that I'm very happy with the customer service level dealing with Annie, who was very helpful from start to finish, starting from an initial phone call then to visits to the store. She helped accommodate my wants and needs very well where possible. Happy with my purchase too, definitely looks impressive, but buying something such as an engament ring, for me the buying experience counts for a lot. Thank you Annie!

I had the misfortune of having to deal with Goldsmiths Jewellers when I lost my diamond eternity ring. My insurers gave me the choice of replacing the ring with something similar from Goldsmiths or receiving half the value of the ring in cash. I decided to go with the Goldsmiths option reassured by the knowledge that they are owned by Watches of Switzerland, a company I have bought watches from successfully. At the Westfield, White City branch I chose a simple diamond eternity ring to wear everyday alongside my engagement ring. Within months one of the diamonds dropped out quickly followed by another. Four diamonds fell out in total. I returned the ring to Goldsmiths and was told that this never happens and that I must have done something to compromise the setting. They suggested that I pay Β£460 to have the ring fixed in their workshop. The ring was returned to me and I began wearing it again but within a week a diamond fell out of the ring again. I wrote to head office asking for my money back as I felt that the ring was not fit for purpose; who wants an eternity ring that constantly needs a diamond refill! Head office told me to return it to the shop and speak to the manager. It was clear from the get go that the stores manager had no intention of making good. He offered me 2 options; fixing the ring again at my cost or exchanging it but not for a similar ring because the price I paid for the ring previously would not now cover the cost of a similar ring due to price increases. He told me that to get a refund I would have to prove to them that the ring was faulty, which would be costly and take time. I decided to take the ring to a jewellers in Hatton garden to see if they could fix it. They were amazed at the price of the ring and the poor quality of it, they said it was worthless due to the poor quality diamonds, poor workmanship. A ring that is listed on their site as Β£2000, was only worth the price of the gold, Β£90! I feel utterly foolish for having been taken in by this company. I should have taken the cash from the insurers instead of ever dealing with this shoddy firm. 7/5/22 Update. Please do not be fooled by the concerned email from Kim below. I have emailed Watches of Switzerland at the address given below and have heard absolutely nothing back from them. I suspect the just leave the comment to make it appear as if they care about customer service. My experience is they do not.

Boy oh boy do I have one for you.. I handed in my Rolex for repair and it was the biggest mistake of my life. They took 3 months to give it back, only to say it could not be serviced because 'parts inside were not originals', which is a complete lie as only Rolex had serviced my watch. A link from the bracelet was replaced with a simple bent metal bar (I have all the pictures) and they bracelet now does not close properly. It took 1 month of constant e.mails and phone calls to try and get my watch back, until finally they told me their technician was having personal issues and had not been able to service my watch. When I asked for the report as I was leaving the store in White city, the manager Graham ripped the report from the folder and gave me a ripped piece of paper.
