   I went to ask if they could fix a bracelet of mine that I broke from another store and they were kind enough to say yes. It took them less than 10 mins and because of it he said it was on them and free of charge. Thats amazing service. Appreciate their kindness!

   I broke my bracelet through the night which I haven’t taken off for 2 years. I knew these guys had a workshop in store as I bought a necklace from them 4 years ago. The bracelet wasn’t made by them but they still fixed it within 5 minutes of me stepping in the store !! Amazing service and love for jewellery. They didn’t even charge me.

   Recently bought my boyfriend a Signet ring from Frederick Grove and I can't recommend them enough! The quality of the ring is absolutely amazing and the service I received from Fred was fantastic as we had a bit of trouble with a ring that was delivered going missing. He sorted it out immediately and got another one sent out! Very happy customers, couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you Fred!

   Absolutely love my pieces from Fredrick Grove! The quality and craftsmanship of the handmade jewellery is so good. I initially purchased my Black Bird ring in the old shop and the team were so helpful getting the correct size and style I was after. I recently purchased the Rivington Silk pendant and chain and love it, went into the new shop to try on various chains and pendants, Fred and the team were so helpful and accommodating while I was there. In all amazing quality handmade and bespoke jewellery which looks awesome, such a unique style and designs. Fred and the team are so helpful, friendly and happy to give advice and direction with what you are after. Would recommend to anyone I am sure I will be back for more!

   Freddie made made my bespoke wedding ring and it’s is the most beautiful, treasured thing I own! The process was just perfect from start to finish, he delivered on the brief and then some! Not to mention the sweetest and most talented person, including all his staff - the service was impeccable. Can’t recommend him enough!

   Got the medium weight bracelet. V happy with it. I ordered XL because nothing fits my wrists and its actually a bit big but, rather than taking a link out, you can simply loop the open link onto any to suit. It's chunky enough for me. The heavy one must be huge
