Rokeya was absolutely amazing and so patient in helping me find all my jewellery. I placed my order via WhatsApp, and she showed me several beautiful pieces over FaceTime. She also gave me excellent advice on what would go best with my outfit. I was very happy with my jewellery — it was perfect, beautifully packaged, and the customer service was exceptional. I came here a few days ago and I didn’t manage to purchase the items. I went back today and the memory of rohini is excellent. Even though she didn’t serve us directly the other day she was aware of all her customers. Such a lovely lady and so helpful. Customer service is 10/10.

Amazing service at Bees yesterday, Sushil was so helpful, calm & friendly, Sushil spent ages with me to ensure I was happy and went out his way to pick out a variety of pieces. Sashi was also very helpful & polite on my previous visit and also helped me select some pieces. They are both very experienced and knowledgeable regarding styles. My shopping experience was very comfortable & felt stress free, and I would highly recommend Bees to anyone, the quality of work speaks for itself. Got my bridal bangles from here, I was greeted by lovely Rohini who looked at a photo of my outfit and matched bangles with it, she also asked me what my budget was so that she could stay within it. I even went in the next day as I preferred a bigger size of bangle than I initially went for (no fault of hers) and still she was so patient even when I was being fussy with what bangles I wanted, her customer service skills were spectacular and she smiled throughout the process and made me feel extremely comfortable. Bangles are slightly pricey here but dont let that put you off, I still felt very catered to regardless of whatever my budget was. Will be visiting in future
I ordered a custom set from ShopBees for my wedding reception. The set originally was in silver and they were able to change the plating and jewels and remove the pearls. Exceptional quality and fantastic customer service - I will be ordering from them again I am sure!
