   Took my staffie in for a further consultation with Vet,Jo. Poppy is extremely nervous when visiting vets, Jo took this into consideration and ensured Poppy was calm and reassured during the consultation. The outcome was extremely well explained and having had dogs in my life for over fifty years this practice has proven over many occasions to be the best I have experienced.

   If you are new to the area and are looking for a vet please don’t look any further. We’ve been dog owners for 13 years in various locations and Axe Valley are by far the most compassionate, professional, bend over backwards to help you practice we have come across. We use Woolavington on a regular basis and Blackford for operations. The team at Woolavington have just recently held our hands and paws over a cancer diagnosis which eventually ended in the passing of a much loved pet. The fact that we felt they really cared made such a difference. Thank you so much.

   I visited yesterday for part two of my little 10 week old Cavapoos vaccinations. As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. As it was a little quiet Scout was able to meet the resident doggies and also 3 5 week old kittens , an amazing socialisation experience to take his mind off of the vaccinations. I cannot thank you both enough. Thank you Axe Valley Woolavington!!

   I went over to Axe Valley Vets when my old vets MacKay and Taylor retired and two of their vets joined the new practice in Woolavington. Jo Wagstaff is usually my vet, very good, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a good diagnostician. Paige is undoubtedly a rising star. It is the best practice for many miles around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else

   Always amazing care and advice. I’ve been using Axe Valley in Woolavington for almost 10 years now and have also visited the Blackford vets a few times too. Always really friendly reception staff, especially Emma at Woolavington. Jo is the vet we visit the most and she is amazing. Attentive, knowledgable and really puts you at ease. They take the time to get to know your animals and even take the time to get to know you too. I moved address a couple of years ago (3.5) miles away but I wouldn’t choose any other vets. It may be a slightly longer journey for my cats. However, I know the level of care they’ll receive from Axe Valley will always be second to none. And I’d always want the best for my kitties. Thank you to the whole team!
