   Our two cats stayed in Top Cat Hotel a few times already. They are always taken care of and safe. When we take them back home they are never stressed, they behave normally and they get back to their routine pretty quickly. This is how I know that they are treated with care and love. We will always recommend Top Cat Hotel to other cat families. Ladies that are running the place are doing a wonderful job.

   Our cat stayed at the Top Cat Hotel for a month whilst myself and my partner were moving to Vancouver, and we couldn't recommend them enough! Up until we left, we did regular check ins to see our cat and he looked happy and healthy each week. We had to fly to Canada before our cat and trusted Diane and Julie to liaise with the Pet Air Carrier and transfer him across to them whilst we were absent. They did this seamlessly without any hiccups and he looked great on the other side! We cannot recommend Top Cat Hotel enough, thank you so much for taking such good care of our cat!
