A gorgeous place for a swim. You have to book ahead. My only complaint is that you only get a one hour slot so not really an opportunity to laze about in the sun. Lifeguards monitor it quite well. I did not get any duck mites which I had been worried about!

What an experience of a life time. Would recommend this place to everyone. Lovely way to start the day. Very therapeutic you will feel at one with the earth, calming waters, great nature with the ducks , black berries available at your leisure to pick. Excellent staff, Charlie, Franky, Ted, Alex and Seb all very welcoming and friendly. Great conversationists , Excellent communication. Franky and Alex were attentive at all times whilst I was swimming in the pool. I am asthmatic and it was the first time swam in lake. It took very little ti.e to adjust to the climate and I was given Excellent advice on getting into the water slowing up to waiste line and adjusting to the water temperature . You have a safety tow float so you are visual and safe at all times. Francie was very attentive at handing me my asthma pump when I needed it. Great staff and made me feel very very welcome.e from start to finish. Will attend again and tell all the friends and family .Five Stars on this place

Beautiful park in South east London. With lots of spaces, areas to chill or sit and rest.

We swam here for the first time last week. It was our first open water swim not in a pool/the sea so we were a little nervous. Once we got over the pond weed, we enjoyed the ducks in close proximity and had a lovely chat as we did many a lap of the large lake. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Lifeguard on duty. The sun was also shining which was wonderful. We will be back.

Beautiful grounds with lots of small garden areas, like the mounded garden. Lovely to stand at the top and look over the park. The lake is lovely, and there is plenty of places to sit. There's a pub in the park so you can have a drink too and look out. And there's a car park on site which is free in the evening! Beautiful park and very clean grounds. Compliments to the groundsmen that keeps it tidy and the public.

It was so lovely. Swimming with ducks. Not overly full. Why did the hour go so fast? Just over a fiver (so a couple of coffee's money) for a wonderful experience was so worth it.

Beautiful! Fresh water, friendly life guards and a chilled atmosphere. Mostly very peaceful, with only occasional screeching children. Competent swimmers only. Ducks with goslings, and lovely reeded lakeside. A real gem of a place!

Have had lovely swims here, staff all lovely, and a fun family paddle board session. The park and cafe are great too.
