   Fantastic experience at Latchmere Leisure Centre! The facilities are excellent — clean, well maintained, and modern, making it easy and enjoyable to take part in sports or fitness activities. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The centre offers a wide range of activities and classes suitable for all ages and abilities. Overall, a brilliant community leisure centre that I would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning!

   Our local gym just had a complete makeover! I joined here as a member to access the pool (which annoyingly is always too warm and not as clean as I’d like, hence the 4 stars rating) and weeks later, I got a notification that the gym had been refurbished. What a nice job! Next up could be strict adherence to the shower before you swim rule?

   The leisure centre itself is quite nice overall, but my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. I had booked a swimming session expecting access to a specific lane, only to find it was taken over by another class. There was no communication or signage about the change, which made the experience frustrating and confusing. The facilities could use some attention. The changing rooms weren’t particularly clean, and there were no lockers available for hire—only ones that work with personal padlocks. Not exactly convenient if you arrive without one. On the plus side, the centre has potential. The space is decent, and the staff were polite. But better coordination with bookings, cleaner amenities, and more accessible locker options would really improve the experience.

   If you’re going to charge people for cancelling their sessions, even if they are in advance, you should tell them that there is a cancellation fee. Also, if the sauna can’t be used on weekdays in the afternoons after school until 6.30 this could also be clearer. Staff are nice, but your communication is extremely poor.

   Spacious but crowded Many extra payment classes Many different activities , pool( different packages) Not very expensive Needed for a good cleaning No places for self practice ( yoga/stretching ) I had a Bad experience with a consultation ( tour ) If you have questions I haven’t any recommendations how you can find the right information but read their web site rules . When I asked the stuff they gave me wrong information. Sometimes kids are playing on the parlor ( on the way to the changing room ). I’m worried that I can harm them while I’m opening doors . Or they will kick a ball to me .

   Cute small soft play. I wouldn’t go o if I wasn’t local. Suitable really for kids up to 3 Cafe quite expensive and opens at 12. Only food bought there can be eaten there.

   Latchmere Leisure Centre is my local gym and they're excellent, the staff is always kind and communicative, and makes me feel like a welcome regular. Great for swimming of gyming, and with excellent rates for students.

   They don't have the slide anymore hasn't been there for a long time. The waters temp varies sometimes its warmer than others..they have bought the wave machine back at every 45 minute intervals or half am hour I'm not sure as I don't watch the clock..kids love it there though. Book online still.

   Great gym. Fair price. Administratively complex to get signed up, even for a one day drop in. Not sure why, the whole process is "necessary" before they can charge you the 12 quid daily rate. Which is a management failure that the front desk staff and the customer must compensate for. Nice gym though.

   friendly staff, a well laid out carpark, great food in the cafe, a fun pool. nice sauna, I can't fault it compared to tooting leisure centre with its cockroaches...
