   Tony has previously sorted out a bathroom leak (the speed at which he identified the source of the leak almost baffled me - the damp patch on the kitchen ceiling was about two metres from the upstairs shower) and replaced a shower screen for me, so I already knew how professional and reliable he is. This time he replaced the shower fitments, advising me on what would work best for my over-the-bath shower. From initial contact to job completion took just a couple of days. And I'm very happy with my new shower fittings and quality of the work. Highly recommended professional.

   Tony has become my go-to plumber for the many quirks and challenges of my period home. Nothing here is ever straightforward, but Tony is always diligent in getting to the root of the problem. Most recently, he resolved a persistently blocked sink that had left several other plumbing professionals completely baffled. He is reliable, punctual (and thoughtful enough to let me know if he’s running late), and leaves everything tidy once the job is done. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

   Contacted Tony after being let down last minute by another plumbing company. He managed to slot my work in pretty quickly. He did an amazing job plumbing in my new sink, and even did some troubleshooting on an annoying water hammer issue with my washing machine. Cannot reccomend him highly enough and will definitely be contacting him first next time i have any plumbing issues.

   I called Tony after my underfloor heating stopped working. I was completely stuck as my boiler insurance wouldn't cover it and I couldn't get a heating engineer to answer a phone call let alone come out. Tony was a real problem solver and fixed the issue and had my heating back on within a couple of hours! He was the complete professional throughout.    What a truly amazing response and service from Tony. Arranged an emergency visit from the Midlands for my Dad in Bath who has very poor hearing and couldn't use the phone. He had tried for hours to get someone to come. Tony was very compassionate about the issue and managed to squeeze him into his packed schedule that day. He arrived and located the issue as an electrical fault. My Dad was so impressed with his knowledge and personable ways he kept his number. Only wished we had a Purely Plumbing up in the Black Country. Well done Tony.
