   This park is a wonderful place to visit, especially if you have a dog. You can easily spend a couple of hours walking around the entire area, depending on your pace. Along the way, you’ll hear birds singing and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The park is dog-friendly, and everyone you meet is warm and welcoming. Each part of the park has its own unique charm, with different landscapes and sights to enjoy. There are also play areas for kids, and a lively market that takes place regularly. They’re currently building an ice skating area, which will make the park even more enjoyable in the winter season. Overall, it’s a beautiful, friendly, and peaceful spot — perfect for a walk, some fresh air, and a bit of nature.

The south-east entrance has a more wild, forest-like charm—perfect for peaceful walks and exploring nature. The north-east entrance is more lively, with a cycle track, skate park, and a great playground for kids, making it ideal for families. The park grounds are stunning, full of open fields and wooded areas, and it’s absolutely perfect for dog walks. There’s also a lovely café by a picturesque flower garden and a small lake, which adds to the park’s relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s one of those rare London parks that makes you feel like you’ve stepped miles away from the city.

   My first visit here,we came for a day out and a bit of a walk. A really beautiful place located just north of the centre of Beckenham, just a short walk. Lots of history to the place. Brilliant place to bring your dogs for walk.Besides the woodland, fields and nice scenery there's also a bar in the main mansion house (with toilets),a little vintage shop (in the mansion), separate family cafe with outdoor seating (and more toilets), separate bar, pet shop, a gift shop, children's play area,a flower garden and a pond where you can swim (but you need to book online in advance). When we went they also had a little selection of artisan food stalls located behind the mansion house, not sure how often this happens. Overall a great day out and definitely worth a visit.

   Absolutely love this park, beautiful scenic, peaceful as well as busy and loads of things on. Cold water swimming and paddle boarding can be booked online, and is super popular in the summer. Amazing swimming for dogs in the river and some man made mud ponds! Forest and space as well as a wonderful cafe with vegan options! Huge children’s play area, pop up festivals and a second hand clothes sand furniture shop where I’ve jabbed a bargain or two! Parking is expensive but plenty of free nearby - if you don’t mind walking in. Probably my favourite park in London.

   Bpp big advantage is it's size. It's one of the largest green areas around. It's also very varied with woods, meadows and grass hills. They are also good facilities near the house as well as a formal garden. The playground could definitely be better. For dog walkers it's an ideal size. If you are an open water swimming fan your luck is in. My only complaint really is also it's advantage it's open 24*7 which means I'm not sure about being there late at night.

   We arrived late afternoon. The car park charges up until 5pm via the pay to park app with charges depending on your car's CO2 rating. The park was pleasant and clean. Facilities catered for children more than most parks. It was a pleasant could of hours.
