Park in Beckenham

“I have been visiting Toolstation, Beckenham on a regular basis for nearly a year. It has become like a second home! Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. I have also been served by many other members of staff and all have given the same high standard of service. Well done guys and ladies! Thanks to all of you.”

“Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. So affordable will definitely bring all pets here ! Thanks team x”

“I've had such good experiences with this dental surgery. My dentist, Liane, makes me feel seen as she remembers me so well each time and it really feels like she cares about me and my teeth. She is so personable and professional, along with her assistant too. The actual procedures on my teeth have all been very good. I was feeling very conscious about a gap in my teeth and she filled it with a bond, which I never even thought about requesting. I was worried about having to pay out £1000s for Invisalign or something similar and so was really happy with this option. I am feeling so much more confident and happy about my smile. “Lovely park with so much to do and a variety of areas to enjoy and explore. Excellent playground for all ages and a cafe too. Wildlife is very tame, with ducks and geese walking in step with people and the squirrels will come so close as to crawl up your leg!”

“This is a busy park cafe. The coffee is very good and on our last visit my son had a huge almond Croissant which was exceptional. We have never had a meal but the menu is varied and what I have seen served looks very appetising. Finally the staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit in my opinion.”

“Great outdoor lake for a swim complete with ducks and wild landscape. You need to book online in advance and wear clothes easy to change into outdoor in the open on the shore before/after. Would be great if there were open outdoor cold water shower to rinse off afterwards as you do get a bit of pond weeds stick to you; hopefully something that can be added soon.”

“Friendly and flexible service with a simple but tasty selection of food. Their soup 9f the day and vegetarian wrap proved very palatable. We even received an extra slice of rather good brown bread on the house.”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“i LOVE this nail bar. i’ve been quite a few times, but moved 200 miles away. i will still get my nails done by them every time i come back to london to see family as it’s perfect every single time. they are always spot on with my idea, no matter how difficult i am. the start of the acrylic and my cuticle is always seamless, which i don’t always get at other nail bars near my new house. prices are always so good as well. couldn’t recommend you all more!”
