Brilliant value! (£15 for an XL pizza, £3.50 for a burger for example!) Staff were really friendly and welcoming. And the food was lovely, with generous pizza toppings! Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!
I have been ordering from here for years and since january 2025 it has really gone down hill.They no longer do the original combo and fries meal,the vegan fish and chips or vegan chinese skewers and vegan popcorn chicken.Since this i have tried a couple of other things on the menu but am always dissapointed. The chips am always rock hard the pizza and burgers are always burnt.This is such a shame cus its hard to find vegan places like this these days but unfortunetly the food really is not good it feels like the love and passion from the owners is no longer there.
I live in Liverpool, so I have absolutely no reason to say anything positive even—why would I bother to comment? But wow! I never thought I’d have a proper takeaway like this again. I usually love a la carte, posh vegan restaurants, but I’ve missed the greasy, indulgent pizzas I used to have before going vegan—and this place delivered exactly that. The calzone, garlic bread, and pizza were all incredible. Even better, it was a hit with my two autistic kids, which isn’t always easy. We were just visiting the Black Country Museum, and if I’m ever in the area again, of course I’ll be ordering—because wow. Ignore the other negative reviews—they’re talking rubbish. Maybe they just don’t like vegans, haha!
Too much spicy pizza and I had to wait more then 1 hour for delivery..
Customer service was ok.. the lady on the phone was polite and helpful as I told her I’m calling for the first. I wanted to try out some vegan fish and chips.. and I really wanted to leave a great review.. but I can’t unfortunately. Chips were not cooked properly and I don’t think vegan fish is for me TBH.
Food was not great very basic vegan junk food Calzone was the best thing I'd ordered
Very good quality food Cost is vet reasonable Please try the chicken snacks especially the satay highly recommend especially you are visiting the wolves easy food after the game
Would give this place no stars if I could. I used to always order from this place no issues. Ordered today and my pizza was over done and hard and my chips were burnt. I called them and explained that my food is over done hard and burnt (photo attached) I expected a sorry and not a issue we will get another pizza out to you. Instead the lady argued with me put me on hold came back and said we have changed our cheese so all our pizzas are burnt today it’s a extra crispy style as we changed the cheese then said ‘ well what do you want me to do about it?’ After going back and fourth she said give us the food back and we will refund you the money. I told her me and my partner came back from work tired waited an hour so have had some of the pizza (2 slices each) as we were so hungry! She said that’s fine. Her delivery driver came then argued with me again and said what do you want? After again disputing he took the food. THEN she proceeded to call me on unknown at 9pm to Argue about a pizza again! Oh my god. The food at this place hasn’t even been too bad before but the way they handled this and the customer service is SHOCKING. Accept fault and rectify it not argue with your customers and say we changed our cheese our customers like a crispy extra done style. The food hasn’t even bothered us too much. It’s the fact I’ve had to debate with them over a pizza. Very poor customer service honestly don’t even bother with the way they call people looking for an argument over their own error. No people do not like Extra crispy burnt pizzas. If I’m paying and waiting then getting burnt food then having to re order and wait again then apologise and give me my money back without the lip! First time ive ordered from this place and will be the last time, Food arrived late and was delivered cold and boxes all wet .. i ordered the tandoori veg pizza and it was shocking how they can send a pizza in this state as u can see in the picture. Rang them to complain but they wont accept there customers complaint and wouldnt offer a refund just 10% off next order like im really going to order again. Not good experience.
