Food arrived reasonably quickly but was cold. Quality of one pizza was poor, it was obviously smaller than the other large, and the stuffed crust was hard, thin and leaking. Given this place too many chances, every time it’s below standard. Shame I can’t select the TB or Bingham store. 4* for the delivery driver who was friendly.
I just ordered the new hot honey pepperoni pizza. Either they forgot to put the hot honey on it or there is no heat to it. Very disappointing. Also, they forgot my Franks hot sauce dip which ruins the point of getting stuffed crust pizza.
I ordered a pizza today and requested a small meaty pizza for £5.99, which was advertised in the brochure at the shop. I specified twice that I wanted a small size, but still ended up paying £7.99. A girl told me to wait 5 minutes, and after I ordered, a man came in and placed his order after me. However, when I checked the screen showing "who is next," I was listed first, and the estimated wait time was 5 minutes. Despite this, the man who ordered after me received his pizza first. Then, a man who placed an online order, listed after me on the screen, also got his pizza before I did. When I asked the girl about my order, she answered the phone before finally handing me my pizza. I waited 20 minutes with my kids, and everyone who came after me received their orders first. This experience felt like poor customer service.
Will charge £21 for a “buy on get one free” but they have no menu showing 1 pizza for £21 - they are £12. Then when you ask for your money back hey can’t refund you in store. Have to call an 0800 number.
Great pizza Wonderful staff. Always quick and easy!
Ordered a few times already and I would say that this store is one of the much better dominos franchises. Freshness and build quality of the pizza has always been very good from this store.
Tastes nice as usual, the app lets you know when the pizza is done so you don't have to wait outside alot
