Fries were fine but the beef birria tacos came with no birria sauce & upon eating 1/2 I’ve had an incredibly sore stomach all night so has my partner from his beef burrito. Shame.

The food was 'fine' and that's about as exciting as it gets. We ordered corn salad, fries, chicken chimichangas, queso and some extra salsa. The price point was way over the top for the quality and quantity of the food. I'll start on the corn salad - which wasn't bad, but the chilli and jalepenos were not listed in the ingredients, and whilst I like my food spicy, this was my wife's order and she does not subscribe to that level of heat. It wasn't great, but it wasn't awful. It was fine. Fries - good fries to be fair. Salsa - felt like it might be homemade, but there were times I was wondering if this was mass purchased. It was fine. Chimichangas - A little too big, and lacked any strong flavour profiles. It could seriously have used cilantro, green peppers and some extra seasoning. It was like a deep fried Taco Bell burrito, and for nearly 11 quid on its own, just didn't justify it's price even if it was half the price. Queso - Not queso. Simply put it was warmed up nacho cheese you get in a squirty bottle from Aldi. I make better queso from scratch myself. Overall it felt like it lacked any authenticity. It had th eingredients of the cuisine pallet, but didn't deliver on taste. If it were cheaper, we'd probably orer again, but Taco Bell is a better option.
Ordered a gluten free order. When it arrived, one of the items couldn’t be done gluten free and a note explaining this was included. They’d put it in a separate bag to prevent cross contamination too. Just incredible - thank you
EDIT: Since ordering through Uber eats we have had no problems and food is genuinely amazing! I can understand the teething problems with delivery however still believe the phone answering is a problem hence only 4 stars - food is definitely 5 stars though! I previously ordered through Just Eat and really enjoyed the food and service was great. So I wanted to order it tonight with my partner on a rare night in together! After our order being accepted, we waited an hour and then our order was cancelled out of the blue? Their Just Eat page was still accepting orders however. Tried calling multiple times but no pick up. Really really disappointed - have had to order elsewhere. Thought we had found a new favourite but I’m very skeptical of ordering from here again as it’s a bit of a joke really - not even a courtesy call.
Exceeded expectations, what a great addition to Cannock. Ordered inside and took home to eat. Piping hot, great quality food. Will return again!!
