Breakfast menu recently changed. They have loads of choice and the food is delicious and excellent value for money. I ordered a large breakfast and couldn’t eat it all as there was too much. All the food was top quality too, which you often don’t get when eating breakfast out. Would highly recommend.
Lovely pub,incredible staff,apparently lovely food our friend eaten here, usual castle rock cask,cracking £3.50 cobs, on a bus route from Nottingham centre and returning opposite the pub
I was invited to a wake but there was a car park opposite. We all had fish chips and mushy peas provided and a running tab bar. It looked a bit rough from the outside but the staff were super friendly and helpful and it was nice.
So after visiting this place on a number of occasions and used to class it as a good local pub to go I feel I have to voice my opinions There is never enough ice yet you sell cider that needs lots of ice Your wine selection is nonexistent tonight and a constant smell of musty or sawdust It’s a shame as we used to enjoy a drink here
Food is excellent, homemade, and tasty. Cooked to order. House wine good value for money. Would definitely go again.
If you feel you a little bit hurry and feel upset, don’t go this restaurant! You will feel even worst after! Wait 40 minutes for food! Order pizza and kitchen claim no pizza but you see the later customer receive a pizza after your ! Kitchen claimed no ordered food for two times and need keep changing! Thanks for the waitress for her good service!
Great venue, you can use the car park across the way 2 hours free parking with a ticket. Great value breakfast, tea and coffee, we have had main meals here too. Definitely recommend a visit.
Brilliant gluten free breakfast tasted amazing I ordered small but was definitely filling and lovely tasting, i will be going back whenever we go out for breakfast as it was just the best gluten free breakfast I've had in a long while.
I went to a private event here where they provided food and, because I'm vegan, they provided me with my own separate plate of food, with vegan cheese and other yummy things! They also did the same for another guest with dietary requirements (gluten free). I was really impressed and their service was lovely and friendly too. They were also dog friendly :)
