   I was served by Tanveer at Creams she made me an Oreo Trifle Treat. This desert was delicious it is layers of chocolate custard, Oreo biscuits and cream. This is a perfect option if you want a lighter dessert something not as heavy as a waffle or ice cream. Would definitely get this again! Excellent customer service from Tanveer so friendly, welcoming and accommodating just a really lovely experience here at Creams! Thank you and see you again soon!

   Fantastic ice cream parlour in Walsall. Great seating booths. Wonderful desert choices. Weather outside is cold but it’s toastie warm indoors. Bit pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended

   Me and my family came here after getting a nando's and we got seated very fast. We sat down and it was empty and was quite cold. We then ordered and the wait time was quite a while. We then got the food and it was amazing. I haven't come here in years and i dont know why. I got a white chocolate cookie dough and it was amazing. The prices were decent. They did forget one thing from the order but then we got it and it was great. Amazing experience will definitely be coming here more often. Food was nice and warm. They had absolutely everything you could want from ice cream and waffles to hot chocolate and milkshakes.

   Treated my boys to an end of summer treat and they loved it. Welcomed by staff who gave us time to look through menus... There was lots of choice. Presentation of the food was 10/10 and taste was amazing. We were also able to box some to take home as there was so much.

   Visited creams for the first time today with the kiddos as my pancake making skills aren't great. Ordered 2 crepes and a kids pancake meal and the kiddos loved their food. I really enjoyed my crepe too! 10/10 from this momma. Staff were very polite and I could tell they were busy but they still took their time with me showing me the menus and where the crepes were as they're not listed under crepes. Will definitely visit again! XOXO

   GOT SICK….Ordered through Uber eats. Waffle was not cooked properly and caused stomach ache. Received a milk shake with no straw so that went in the bin, because u can’t drink a milk shake with a spoon. And they did not have the smarties to make the sundae. Complained to the store. The person who answered did not know what was going on and after speaking to a manager yesterday who said will issue a refund the next day, which was never received. I would give 0 star if I could. Almost all food went in to the bin.

   very pleasant experience! the waitress was polite, the menu is extensive, and the portions are generous (at least i can say the burrito crepe definitely was). 10/10 would recommend, just don't eat too much or you will surely suffer afterwards (like me)

   Visited creams for the first time, the staff need a shake up for starters, they make you feel so unwelcome, nothing that we ordered on the menu was available. The price was ridiculous for what you got served, I also ordered a takeaway which took 20 minutes to get together and the order was not what I paid for. Will not be going again
