   It was really busy but we were seated quite quickly. Bit disappointed that we had to ask a server to wipe the table for us as it had all sticky ness from the last people. Theo was so so so lovely!!! Our food took over an hour to come but he kept us updated throughout the busy atmosphere and apologised on his behalf :)

   Worst Nando’s experience I’ve ever had. The menu cards were covered in sauce, and the staff were surprisingly rude. I paid for unlimited refills, not knowing that it didn’t include getting a pitcher. When I walked up to get one, the staff saw me and didn’t say a single word. They watched me fill a whole pitcher of Coca-Cola and only after I was done, they came over and told me I had to pay for it. They could have easily told me beforehand or simply asked me to pour it into my refillable glass instead. Instead, they charged me for the entire pitcher. On top of that, my friend was taking a picture of me and another friend. A staff member happened to be behind us, and after we were done, another staff member came over and questioned us about whether we were taking pictures of the staff. The way they asked was rude and completely unnecessary. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Will not be coming again.

   Atmosphere was buzzing, everybody seemed happy & relaxed. Caitlin the manager is brilliant and knows to keep staff & customers happy. Food was fresh and tasty, I was served by Antonia, very polite and friendly. Goes the extra mile to make sure everything is ok. Credit to Nando’s . I love going to this Nando’s restaurant because staff and atmosphere is fantastic. Shout out to Caitlin & Antonia. Good to have Wes back

   We got the boneless chicken platter for around £25. As usual, the food came out extremely fast (5mins ish) and is delicious every-time we go. The chips at nandos are so nice!

   We’ve heard of Nando’s before. We just never had a chance to try it back in Toronto. Finally, we had a chance to try it. It was good. My 6 year old daughter found the least spicy option still a bit spicy. She tolerated it though. She especially loved the fries (sorry, chips). I had a 1/4 chicken and was surprised it was white meat. Ordering was interesting as you scan a QR code to order. Quite easy, though. If you have an iPhone, you can pay with Apple Pay if you have that configured. The only issue is that the formatting on the checkout site is a little off. The button for Apple Pay is cut off so it is a little hidden. I don’t have a small iPhone (13 Pro Max) so it’s not the screen size that is the issue (I use Chrome, so maybe that was the problem). Selecting the button still works as Apple Pay popped up requesting the card to use. Once we ordered, the food was served quickly.

   Now don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of nandos! I LOVE the food! So after just over 2 weeks of hospital food, finding out that I could get food delivered and the nurse would get from the door for me was a super exciting piece of news and there was only one meal for me! I went on the nandos app, true eyes bigger than belly moment I’m sure, and popped in an order for my usual from Nottingham Cornerhouse. It said delivery would arrive between 4.45 and 4.55. Perfect timing and much more appealing than the egg sandwich I was currently expecting. I sat there, expectantly, phone in hand waiting in case I received a call or email. By 5.30 nothing had arrived so I gave them a call. Apparently my order had already been delivered. A bit of investigation found the driver had left the order on the doorstep. Yes, you read that right, the door step of a city hospital! Now you would expect that this point that the ‘customer service’ agent I was speaking to would clearly see the error here. I mean, you might as well drop the order in the middle of a high street and walk away! But no, the guy on the end of the phone clearly has the same number of brain cells as the driver and proceeds to tell me my order has been delivered and nothing more can be done! If I would like to complain, they’ll send me an email asking for feedback in the next 48 hours!! After a bit further ‘discussion’ he agreed I could speak to a manager. After a bit of time listening to some dodgy hold music said manager appears on the end of the line. She did, eventually, agree to issue a refund. My preference was to have my order delivered but apparently they don’t have the ability to put another order through. Incredible right! To deliver the order would cost them less than a refund! I’ve now got to wait up to 5 working days for a refund to be processed! Hospital egg sandwich it is then! Yum!

   Went there for dinner for the first time. Not bad experience but we had to ask all the time how to place orders and other things works. The staff won't tell you beforehand. They got huge variety of sauces and good food all in all.
