Absolutely fantastic experience. The food and service were excellent, especially on Christmas Day. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make it a really special occasion. Highly recommended! Christmas party for 10 guests, all having starters, mains Nd desserts. Food was delicious, hot and all arrived in a timely manner, we didn't feel rushed and it was all very well presented. We would definitely visit again thank you to the chefs great job
My starter was lovely but a bit small. My main wasn't good, they replaced it and I chose something else which was delicious. The server at the bar served two people from my group then said sorry but she had to make coffee for a table and my friend and I waited around 10 minutes to be served, not ideal. I think the experience would have been a whole lot better if they had more staff on.
I been to this place for the second time around ,The first time was brilliant,I have my sister and brother in law from Australia to visit me and we came to this place to have lunch.,the food is awesome.i had the porcheta and my sister had the chicken and mushroom pie witch is divine and my brother in law had the fish and chips that he rated it as 5 stars!so we visited again for the second time and I bring my family and sister and my brother in law. Four of us ordered the fish and chips that my brother in law recommended and my daughter had a burger and my wife got the pie.all of the 4 fish and chips are so disappointing.they buttered the fish to looked like it’s a big fish inside,very dry and tasteless!they change one of the fish but the rest are not!very disappointed service is good but the the food is very disappointing !
I took my mother for breakfast here on a Tuesday morning before heading off to the spa. I chose the vegetarian breakfast which consisted of avo on sourdough bread with poached eggs, tomato, mushroom, spinach and halloumi. While I did find my dish rather tasty there was a noticeable amount of salt which I could have done without. My mother opted for eggs benedict which she also enjoyed. We plan to return soon.
Food and service and staff absolutely spot on .couldn't fault anything. Ate here at Christmas again and just managed to get booked in (January) fully booked up for Christmas already. Says it all. Thanks to all for a lovely day.
Popped in just for a quick bite on Sunday afternoon and wasn't disappointed. Food was amazing, got some sandwiches and drinks. Most amazing fries, nice drinks. Atmosphere was amazing and really friendly staff. Very much recommended. Even tho I live quite far from this place, definitely will be coming again.
Went on a Sunday for the roast. I had the beef it was served pink and it was succulent and tasty the roast potatoes were a little bit small and not very crispy it was all very nice but not a need to go again feeling. Unusually I opted for a dessert my first choice had ran out so went for the cheese cake. All I can say it was odd on the plate was a mouse size biscuit crumbs and on top sat a ball of ice cream and to the side a slice off egg custard without the pastry. All I can say it was odd and not what you would call a cheese cake.
I cannot describe how fantastic this place is. The staff are worth there waiting gold so polite and nothing is too much best service by far. The food is absolutely amazing. So tasty and cooked to perfection definitely 10/10 for me
Amazing food and reasonably priced for what feels like an upmarket restaurant. We often go here with work and I've never had a single issue. It's one of my favourite places.
