The staff were amazing, they were all happy and jolly which is rare to see now, very attentive. The food was great and came out very fast which is a bonus. Music was just a bit loud.

We visit this restaurant at least 3 times per month. The main menu has lots of food choices. The lunch menu is good value for money. Haven't had breakfast for over 5 years. Food is always tasty and well presented. Staff are always polite and attentive. The atmosphere is mostly good except for when one of the members of staff are on duty and the music is played so loud that you cannot hold a normal conversation and seems chaotic, but if they are not there it is calmer.

Sophie our server was brilliant, no faults at all for her attentiveness or smile / approachability. The food / drinks came out quick which is good and there was plenty of room / tables available. Not sure why it's £4 for a Coke Zero though! The starter was nice but at a cost of £20 for a sharer I would expect it to be. The hamburger at £15 with no cheese is an interesting one - it was nice enough. Fries were awful, dry and chewy. Brisket was quoted as being tasteless and expected better. Expected better is probably the best way to summarise here, it's a shame because I can remember it being like 'the' place to go back in the day. It's clear the staff care but a bit more support from upper management might be an idea. For £51 at lunchtime I thought that it would be a little better! Would probably go again to try breakfast though. As always these things are a matter of opinion & for what it's worth, that's mine.

Very friendly staff very welcoming. The food was quick and very tasty. It wasn’t too expensive and great sized portions. The only negative was the restaurant was very cold but otherwise good experience.

I don't often feel compelled to write feedback, however on this occasion I felt it was important to do so in recognition of fantastic service. Myself and my daughter were visiting Nottingham for the day on the 18th of July'22. We went through a scary experience whereby our tyre very rapidly lost pressure and became flat, having no spare, it was decided recovery was necessary with a wait time of 2 hours or longer. We went into Frankie and Benny's where I enquired about the possible use of a charger with Josh as my battery was dead and needed the phone so breakdown recovery could contact me. Without hesitation a charger was sourced for me, not only that but he advised us we were welcome to sit and wait in the restaurant until recovery arrived, which was so kind. Josh and Mark went above and beyond for us, they made what was a stressful situation into a far better one. They checked in with myself and my daughter intermittently and made sure we had drinks and kept hydrated as it was an extremely hot day. I honestly can't thank Josh and Mark enough for their kindness and empathy towards us. The meal was a lovely experience and the help we received afterwards was extraordinary. Mark and Josh are a credit to Frankie and Benny's. As a result I'll frequent the chain more often due to the outstanding service received.

Have been twice in quick succession after a time away. Food as good as remembered and a few new dairy free options (if that’s your thing). Priced reasonably and the food of good quality. Service is attentive and a nice atmosphere.

I went for Breakfast mid week and it wasn't very busy. Fast service. Friendly staff. They had run out of potatoes, but replaced this on any meal that came with a side of your choice which was great.
