   Food was shockingly bad. Did not taste as it should for description. Sent both meals back as they were simply bland. They tasted like it was from those uni days I tasted those jar curry’s from Sainsbury’s over many years ago. The second railway lamb was simply tomato puree. Sorry not sorry. I didn’t ask for refund though was offered a refund by the georgous bar lady who was very nice and salt with the situation very well and hospitable. Pub is great but the food isn’t.

   Keane's head is my go to pub in Nottingham exceptional selection of beers. The food was good my madras was a little salty and minimal amount of lamb. The daal was excellent as were the patatas.

   I have ordered from here before and they had forgotten an item but it wasn't a big deal. I ordered again today and they gave me a meat dish instead of my chosen vegetarian dish. The receipt was correct but the item was wrong. Don't risk ordering from here if you have any sort of dietary requirements.

   Small but great little bar. Very good choice of Beers. Very friendly staff. Food is amazing and very popular. The places was packed. Download the App before you go, great offers and can collect rewards on food. Trust me you will be visting again, for the food and atmosphere.

   A little bit disappointed! Been looking to try their food for a while. I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and cheese and garlic fries. The chicken was nice albeit a fairly small portion. Wasn’t too keen on the fires, very little cheese and the garlic sauce wasn’t particularly good. On a more positive site my partner had a biryani that was much better.

   Warning to all Vegetarians. AVOID eating food here. I ordered Lacha paratha, Paneer curry and Jalfrezi via Uber eats. They send me meat curries instead. When I called them to complain, they didn't have one bit of remorse and said I need to talk to Deliveroo or Uber whoever delivered the food. This is such a despicable crime by the restaurant . I had a terrible shock opening a non vegetarian food in my home send by these irresponsible crooks

   Excellent authentic food range, amazing quality by a trained and truly dedicated foodie chef from North India. Found this person very polite and took our genuine appreciation with great humility. A hidden gem.. Must visit this Deaken's Head pub, meet friendly, smiling and helpful staff. And, look at carefully crafted menu, huge portion for one and can share between two. Meet the chef and enjoy fantastic food.. As a proud, well travelled Indian, I always provide correct information, suggestions and recommendations. This is one of the best restaurants I have visited in last 3 weeks of travel across UK right from Aberdeen to Bristol, London to Lillandudno in north Wales. Teesside to Birmingham. Pl visit and share your experience and joy.

   Tucked away in the back of Kean’s Head is an unassuming Indian kitchen called Paaji’s. They made us some of the absolute very best Indian food I have had the pleasure of enjoying. Would recommend to everyone and will be back.
