   We placed an order for delivery via the 'Just Eat' app but despite the app telling me that the order had been confirmed, dispatched and delivered, the food never turned up. Very conveniently the restaurants telephone line mysteriously became unavailable when trying to find out what has happened to my order. I now have to wait to see if I get a refund . Having since read numerous bad reviews,it would appear 'Indian Express' has a history of taking payment for delivery orders but not delivering.....AVOID!

   This is a scam, they are fooling the customers by misusing the delivery app policy loop hools, they list their restaurant everywhere and never deliver the food, mark the order as delivered right before the deadline time, and take us through a painful delivery app based refund procedure which end up as a waste of timeNever ever order from here.

   Horrible experience. I have ordered food from Deliveroo, waited over 2 hours and nothing came! Then they marked my food as delivered. Tried to call them more than 10 times no response. Even the deliveroo helpline they were unable to get a response from the restaurant even after 24 hours! Reading through other similar experiences, I think this restaurant is just scamming people.

   Ordered from just eat and the restaurant marked the order as confirmed, even after 2 hours of no update they marked my order as delivered, though i have still not received the order. I tried calling restaurant several times but they didn’t receive the call. Ridiculous.

   Ordered from just eat, the restaurant received the order and after 2 hours without any update they marked my order as delivered though I haven’t received the order yet. I tried calling the restaurant several times but they didn’t receive the call. And there is no option to contact just eat as well, ridiculous.

   Ordered through Just Eat and after 2 hours of no updates, they marked my order as delivered even though I hadn't received it. I tried calling the restaurant over 10 times, and nobody answered. I still haven't received my food. I checked the phone number I provided them and it's correct, so they have no excuse. Ridiculous, and such a shame because I've ordered from there before and it's been lovely.

1. Adventures of a Geography Teacher ★★★☆☆

   Ordered the meal deal for 2 off deliveroo which included pompadoms, 2 lots of rice, a naan, chicken Tikka massala and a lamb balti. Food was finally delivered 55 minutes after out estimated arrival time (so a total of 2 hours from ordering). Overall the food was nice. The chicken Tikka massala was the best dish and tasted lovely. I really liked the lamb balti sauce but the lamb itself could have been more tender as it was a bit chewy.
