   Story of no room at 5 restaurants for 4 of us. But Howard Street was very welcoming and found us a table. Didn't know what to expect but we enjoyed excellent food and extremely good service. Lucas, or James as we know him (in joke), was a great host, knowing when to use humour and when to be serious and ensure that the food was up to standard. People make places and all the staff that we interacted with were genuinely friendly. We loved our lucky find and will be sure to stop by when we are in Belfast in the future. Heartily recommended.

   A great meal. One of the best starters I've ever had and ive eaten in some great restaurants. The entire 3 course meal was top quality and for 2 people and a bottle of wine, £140 is more than acceptable. Special mention to Padraig.

   We had an amazing experience here. Fine dining style at great value. We had the pre theatre menu and opted for the special of hake, prawns and scallops. It was amazing! Must visit in Belfast for great food, wine and cocktails

   The staff is very friendly and efficient. We had portobello mushroom appetizer, fish & chips, chicken schnitzel, and vanilla parfait with strawberry. It was all excellent. This was our last meal in Belfast as we continue our journey touring Ireland and it definitely left us with a good impression and lasting memory.

   Howard st never disappoints. If anything the food has got better over the years. Excellent quality food, fairly priced. Great selection. Desserts are particularly good. Decor is beautiful. Service very professional staff are very experienced; calm, friendly and efficient.
